1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Please note that exchanges are accepted only for size issues, and returns are allowed only if you received the wrong product. All requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 3 days of delivery, including the day of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size. If you need an exchange, contact us, and we will arrange a replacement.(Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.)
3. Refunds: We only offer refunds in genuine cases where a defective product has been delivered. For any other reason, refunds will not be provided. In the event that you receive a defective product, please email our customer support team at support@kalatees.com. Be sure to include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective item. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the color and design of the T-shirts may slightly vary from the images displayed on our website, social media pages, or advertisements. Returns and refunds are not possible for minor variations in color or design. These slight differences are normal and may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric printing processes.
